(“Element 29” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: ECU; OTCQB: EMTRF; BVL: ECU) announces that the Company's common shares have been listed for trading on the Bolsa de Valores de Lima ("BVL" or the “Lima Stock Exchange”) as of November 16, 2022 under the ticker symbol “ECU”. Kallpa Securities S.A.B. in Lima, Peru acted as Element 29’s sponsoring broker for the BVL listing.
